If they were to use one of the Knockouts from TNA, I would say go with Velvet Skye.

From what I have been hearing, I think they may be looking at 2012 for tier 2.
Cosmo put on facebook that he is looking forward to relaunching the Soul. So I put back "how about somebody relaunching the Pioneers?" needless to say he deleted it.
